- Boats left Palm Cove at approximately 2:00 pm and proceeded to four designated stops in order on the St Lucie River and returned by 5:00.
- Players from about six boats and many at the Club House, about 50 total, picked up one card at each stop. Each card was initialed when dealt.
- The final card was dealt upon the boats returning to the Club House. At that point players had the option to buy two additional cards for $5.00 each to help improve their hand.
- There were two winners. The best hand paid approximately $480 and the worst hand paid approximately $100 .
- The winners were determined and paid as soon as all boats returned and the hands were reviewed by the Pit Boss, i.e. Fleet Captain.
- The weather cooperated and fun was had by all.
