The Palm Cove Yacht Club will be conducting the Annual Meeting on Friday, February 17, 2017 in the Clubhouse at 5:30 PM.  The meeting agenda is as follows:

    •         Changes to PCYC By-Laws (see attach for proposed changes)
Please make every effort to attend so we have a quorum and will be able to vote on the By-Law changes.  If you are unable to attend, respond to Al Hutko, Commodore at ajhutko@gmail.com as to whether or not you are in favor of the By-Law changes.  Your response will be considered a proxy vote.
