Winterfest Boat Parade December 10, 2016
Be sure to save the date and plan on joining the Palm Cove Yacht Club on December 9,10 and 11th as we will be traveling to the Bahia Mar Marina for the Winterfest Boat Parade weekend. This is a great way to kickoff the Holiday Season and get us all in the spirit.
The Winterfest Boat Parade on Saturday night is the largest Christmas boat parade on the East Coast. It normally lasts 21/2 hours and we will have front row seats at Bahia Mar Marina. Bahia Mar is directly across the street from beautiful beaches and is a short cab ride away to Downtown and Las Olas Blvd. with shopping and great restaurants. For those of you that have never experienced it, the water taxi is a great way to spend the day, touring all of Fort Lauderdale and up the scenic New River.
We currently have 12 boats going and many others have already reserved rooms at Bahia Mar hotel and the Hilton Doubletree. Space is limited both for dockage and rooms. Rooms start at approx $160 per night. Contact Bahia Mar directly or call the Hilton Doubletree.
